- Electronic posters will be accepted in a One-Page PDF format only using the enclosed Microsoft Word Template
- Dimensions of the poster should be exactly 10.97 inches (or 27.86 cm) in width by 14.81 inches (or 37.61 cm) in height.
- Recommended font is Arial and minimum font size is 12
- Layout needs to be in portrait orientation
- All original source files such as video can be no longer than two minutes
- The poster file size should not exceed 20MB
- Video clips is to be embedded to the PDF file
