  • Light refreshments during breaks as indicated in the program

Payment of registration fees (in SGD) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card:

By Bank Transfer:

  • Additional 30 SGD commission is required.
  • Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the forum account on time.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Prior to January 10, 2026 – 100% refund
  • From January 11, 2026 until March 21, 2026 – 50% refund
  • From March 22, 2026 – No refund

Any fees charged, 3% surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded.

Bank transfer admission fee (SGD 30) will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
